For as long as I can remember, I've had an innate passion for helping others and a strong calling to significantly impact this world in a positive way. After achieving all my academic goals, and excelling in the customer service and sales industries, I came to the realization that a career in real estate would allow me to best serve the people and communities that mean the most to me. People like you deserve to have an ethical, knowledgeable, and committed professional working for you to look out for your best interest and protect one of your most valuable assets: your home.
While still utilizing traditional tactics, through technology and social media I'm able to bring new-age marketing strategies to a timeless industry. Mass exposure on the world's stage and outside the box thinking are the keys to success in today's real estate market. My full service business model and creative capacities ensure that these are always effectively executed. Whether it be a family member or a complete stranger, a luxury estate overlooking oceans or a studio condo for a first time homebuyer, my philosophy remains the same: serve at the highest level possible to exceed expectations and reach mutually favorable outcomes for all parties involved. If you're a buyer who can't find that perfect house, I'll go out and door knock until I find one for you. If you're a seller who has a very unique situation that requires that one perfect buyer, I'll utilize every marketing strategy imaginable and find him or her for you. Basically, I'm a 25/8 full service real estate consultant, and I am here to work for you!

When Chris Delfs graduated at the top of his class at Cal Poly Pomona, earning a degree in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Sales and Marketing in only 3 years, it was apparent he had a bright future ahead in the business world—and given his caring, outgoing nature, he was bound to excel in any endeavor that centered on communication and service. Right after graduation, he accepted a sales and marketing role at Marriott International, Inc. where he swiftly exceeded all expectations, working with the company’s major hotel brands in California, Arizona and Nevada. Quickly, he learned that he loved working with people and corporations to fulfill their lodging needs—and that he was even more passionate about the prospect of taking this notion to the next level as a real estate professional.
“At Marriott, my role entailed helping people find a place to stay on a nightly and weekly basis, and I genuinely enjoyed it," he reflected. “This experience helped me to realize that my true passion lies in helping people find a place to call home."
Along with prompting him to discover his true calling, Chris’ tenure at Marriott prepared him for the challenges of the real estate industry in a variety of ways, building upon his natural ability to provide attentive client service while guiding people through a series of important decisions—all while maintaining an impeccable degree of professionalism, organization, and poise. While part of the Marriott organization, Chris put in the hard work to earn his real estate license, completing handful of small deals in his spare time before getting his big break: a $2.1 Million listing in the luxe gated enclave of Monarch Pointe in Laguna Niguel. With that, he knew he had found his path, and transitioned into the residential real estate industry as a full-time agent.
It’s easy to understand the manner in which Chris’ professional background prepared him for the challenges of the real estate industry, but if you ask any of his clients and peers, it’s the caliber of service and care he provides that truly sets him apart from his competitors.
“In the early days of my real estate career, I became known as ‘Mr. Cali Realty’ among my friends and clients—partly because I work around the clock to help my clients achieve their goals, while also making the entire home buying/selling experience fun and unique for each client; I like to say that I’m an 25/8 real estate consultant, and am constantly trying to learn and grow in order to provide more value than anyone could ever expect." Chris remarked. “I took that as a starting point and now market myself as Mr. CA RE (California Real Estate) aka ‘Mr. CARE’, which more aptly describes what I stand for as a professional. I am in this field, first and foremost, because I really and truly care for my clients and the communities I serve."
Chris is on the Board of Directors for The Elite OC Young Professionals Society, the Navigate (young professionals) group for the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Empower Network for First Team Real Estate, and an Alumni Advisor for his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, at Cal Poly Pomona. “The fact that I have the privilege to help people on a daily basis is what motivates me. That's why for every deal I close, I donate 10% to a local elementary school, Children's Miracle Network, and/or the charity of my client's choice. The more people I can help buy and sell homes, the more people I can help philanthropically as well."
